We are looking for a "Finance Specialist" to join our Finance team. 

Job Description

  • Entry and follow-up of sales and purchasing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Make e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform control and accounting processes of import files, including customs documentation and foreign currency transactions.
  • Support payment and collection processes and records, including bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Support external and internal audit processes, preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Preparation of reports regarding month and year-end closings, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements.
  • Supporting reports required for IFRS reporting processes and uploading them to the global system, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensuring that ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard requirements are maintained and integrated into financial processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance indicators, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in all tasks
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving and surpassing organizational goals
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
