We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist" to join our Logistic & Customer Service team.

Job Description

  • Accurately process orders upon receipt, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
  • Respond promptly to leadtime inquiries, providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep customers informed about their order status throughout the process. Communicate shipping dates and appropriate order information to customers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.
  • Review and provide information about current status of orders based on the plan, addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Monitor customer deliveries as required. Allocate orders for delivery, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
  • Work in close cooperation with technical teams, operations teams, and sales to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the customer database with relevant information.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers..
  • Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities
  • At least 2 years experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries professionally.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
