We are looking for a Temporary HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to our human resources operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our global organisational goals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process
- Work in coordination with the global and regional team, provide the requested regular reports, attend meetings
- Develop and maintain HR policies and workplace regulations in compliance with current legislation
- Being responsible for the planning, creation and implementation stages of all Human Resources functions including selection and placement, payroll & personnel, training planning and talent management
- Record the working hours of all personnel working in the company within the scope of the personnel attendance control system, ensure that the records are accurate and constantly updated.
- Design and implement employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity
- Act together with the senior management in establishing the company's goals
- Develop internal communication, motivation and loyalty programs and supporting organizations
- Contributing to strategic HR projects to improve employee experience,
- Provide guidance to managers on workforce planning and talent management
- Take an active role on the Human Resources side in ISO certification processes
- Follow up and manage the company's GDPR processes
- Manage local administrative affairs with attention to detail and efficiency
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experienced in recruitment, performance management, talent management, organizational development,
- Proficient in English,
- Knowledgeable in personnel, employment law, and regulations
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to use MS Office and HR systems effectively
