Sociaxe is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our customer service team by ensuring smooth communication with clients, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems as needed.
  • Process customer requests, including order tracking and account updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide support to internal departments to improve customer experiences.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
