Job Description

Conducts quality assurance audits of new and existing processes and products, detects quality problems, monitors and records the results from processes and procedures, compares the results to predetermined expected ranges, and takes corrective measures to improve operational processes when measurements are found to deviate from standards.

Uses data analysis, technical writing, and document control skills to support the department with document control and quality audits, ensuring both internal and external regulations and standards are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives preferably in a clinical setting
• The ability to properly facilitate engaging meetings.
• Energetic, critical-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. 
•The ability to work on multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously, independently and effectively under pressure. 
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. 
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills also required. 
• Superior organizational and problem solving skills.

Additional Information

• Collects and analyzes data on company processes and products, and arranges the data in reports for management.

• Verifies logs, databases, and other data to track quality concerns and improvements.

• Investigates and diagnoses quality complaints, tracks down components, and recommends corrective actions to improve processes and practices.

• Assists the Chief Compliance Officer with corrective action tasks, and follows up with the department to ensure corrective action tasks are completed.

•Tracks document change controls, revisions, and dates; and supports finding supporting reference documents.

• Checks the implementation of the quality system to ensure the ongoing reliability of the manufacturing process.

• Writes, maintains, and distributes quality assurance auditing and manufacturing documentation
