Somfy, the world's leading brand in home automation and motorization solutions for openings and access systems, is looking for a Logistics Operations & 3PL Process Control Coordinator to join the logistics center of its Israeli branch, located in Tzrifin (company headquarters are located in West Rishon LeZion).

This is an independent, dynamic, and impactful role with significant responsibility for ensuring the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the company's supply chain operations. The position includes full ownership of logistics process control, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the supply chain through ongoing supervision of the external logistics provider (3PL), driving process improvements, managing regulatory requirements, and providing technical and operational support. The position serves as a key liaison between the warehouse, suppliers, and internal departments, with responsibility for quality assurance, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the external logistics provider (3PL).
• Maintain an active on-site presence and monitor warehouse operations and processes.
• Identify operational deviations, report findings, and follow up through resolution.
• Analyze operational workflows and lead continuous improvement initiatives in packaging, storage, and distribution processes.
• Monitor packaging quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate activities related to the Standards Institution, including preparing products for testing, compiling product certification documentation ("product localization/compliance files"), and supporting product approval processes.
• Coordinate the shipment and submission of products to the Standards Institution and other relevant testing laboratories.
• Manage the quarantine process for products affected by defects or quality issues, including monitoring, documentation, corrective actions, and follow-up until final resolution.
• Provide professional support and responses to customer-specific technical and operational requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Purchasing, Import, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.
• Monitor task execution, resolve operational issues in real time, and provide practical on-site solutions.
• Document incidents, prepare reports, and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Visit customer sites when required, in coordination with the relevant internal departments.

• Experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or working with 3PL providers – an advantage.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, and WMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field – an advantage.
• Valid driver's license – mandatory (The role includes reaching out to customers/suppliers,etc.(
