Job Description
To join our Project Business Department based in Athens, Somfy is looking for a Residential Project Business & Short Channels and Commercial Access Representative.
This position will play a key role in specifying, managing, developing, and supporting residential project business activities in Greece; coordinating project stakeholders (project owners, engineers, B2C & B2B professionals) throughout all phases, driving residential leads generation through short channels to support project development, and managing the Commercial Access Business (Commercial & Urban) with a focus on automatic doors, bollards, barriers, and parking systems.
Main Responsabilities:
- Manage Short channel and Commercial Access customers directly. For Short channels Customer Care requests are directed to CUCA and focus is driven to residential project business leads generation through POS visits.
- Develop & expand Somfy active residential project portfolio through direct visits & communication with Project actors in Residential and in Targeted Short Channel POS.
- Manage & further develop active BFT/XMS clientele in Urban (tertiary) segment.
- Specify, quote & facilitate (through 1st and 2nd level technical validation and support) projects in Residential & Commercial Access segments.
- OnSite visit where necessary to secure proper application of specification during realization phase.
- Create & constantly update visual tools to support all related project business activities,
- Arrange Somfy school or other seminar for project involved actors.
- Create and constantly update project business follow up tools including CRM and market mapping.
- Participate in installers or customers exhibitions and conferences when required.
- Animates & controls the e-shop and the product offer and the promos for e-commerce customers.
Qualifications
- Beng in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
- Previous experience: 3 years (preferred)
- English (Fluent)
- Customer & Service Oriented
- Excellent communications skils
