Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised, tech-comfortable Enablement & Training Support Specialist to join our team on a six-month fixed term contract. This role supports the smooth delivery of partner enablement, internal enablement, and implementation readiness during a period of transition.
You will manage training operations, grade assessments, update content, coordinate materials, support workshops and Office Hours, and help keep documentation and assets up to date. If you enjoy structured work, clear processes, and supporting others through excellent organisation and communication, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Assessment Administration
Manage training logistics, communications, and learner enrollments
Track learner progress and maintain accurate completion records
Grade enablement assessments using standard rubrics and guidelines
Provide follow-up communication and support to learners
Prepare agendas, templates, and materials for workshops and Office Hours
Enablement Content Support
Update training decks, guides, and internal documentation
Maintain quality and consistency across enablement materials
Create simple training content (short videos, walkthroughs, how-to guides) based on outlines or demos
Support uploading and maintaining content in Skilljar, Confluence, Drive, and partner portals
Consolidate release notes and help ensure enablement content reflects product changes
Enablement Operations & Coordination
Coordinate partner enablement activities and follow-up tasks
Maintain shared documentation, checklists, templates, and readiness trackers
Support housekeeping across Confluence, Drive, and shared internal resources
Assist in preparing materials and logistics for bootcamps, demos, and internal enablement sessions
Help ensure timely execution of operational tasks across the enablement team
Track partner consultant certifications and follow ups
Implementation & Project Support (Light)
Assist consultants with small setup tasks that follow clear SOPs
Support provisioning of customer environments (adding subscriptions, activating users)
Prepare materials for customer-facing sessions or internal project meetings
Qualifications
Required
Experience in training administration, L&D coordination, enablement support, or similar roles
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple small tasks and follow structured processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills (C1 English language skills required)
Comfortable using SaaS tools and learning new systems
Ability to create simple training content (basic video recording/editing, guides, slides)
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Familiarity with HR tech, talent acquisition, or SaaS products
Experience using LMS platforms (SkillJar, Docebo, or similar)
Exposure to enablement teams, customer training, or instructional content
Confidence using Google Workspace, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
