As a key member of our sales team, you will...
- Participate in our sales training to learn the history of the industry, our target buyer, best practices for qualifying prospective clients, and more
- Discover, qualify, and nurture new business leads through cold calling, email, social media and marketing campaigns
- Use your creativity and detective skills to connect with decision-makers to schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with the entire organization to accelerate the sales cycle and extend our reach into HR departments
- Professionally represent the SmartRecruiters brand, vision, and values
- Surround yourself around ambitious individuals who create a fun and exciting work environment
- Receive continued coaching and support as you work towards promotion and professional growth
Qualifications
- Ability to build strong client relationships, think on your feet, and overcome objections/rejections
- Comfortable spending most of your workday sending out emails and making cold calls to Managers, Directors, VPs and C-level Executives
- Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
- Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
- Coachable with a genuine curiosity to learn and grow
- Self-Starter, with the ability to thrive in a remote environment with autonomy
