Job Description

After a customer purchases the SmartRecuiters platform they become a part of the SmartRecruiters community.  The first introduction to our family and the place where expectations are set, met and framed happens during customer onboarding.

Our APAC Implementation Consulting Manager ensures every APAC customer has a positive and successful implementation that builds a strong relationship between SmartRecuiters and the customer.  They ensure every customer receives an onboarding experience that adheres to our quality standards of communication, partnership, solutioning and delivery.

The APAC Implementation Consulting Manager oversees APAC customer onboarding through a combination of direct resources and partners in order to create the optimal customer experience while maintaining revenue and margin goals and targets.

What you’ll deliver:

  • At least 5+ years professional services and/ or consultation organizational leadership, preferably in SaaS and in the talent acquisition industry.
    • At least 2+ years experience managing teams of 10+ and in businesses with revenues over $10m. 
    • Prior experience with recurring services
  • Directly manage the relationship and contractually agreed upon execution of APAC implementation and consulting partners.
  • Support the sourcing and certification of APAC implementation and consulting partners.
  • Provide direct customer hiring success consulting and implementation support.
  • Support and recommend implementation, integration and managed services scoping decisions in APAC to ensure quality execution, customer satisfaction and revenue and margin targets.
  • Ensure execution to the Hiring Success Services common purpose “Building Strong Relationships” and Key Quality Standards (Communication, Partnership, Solutioning and Delivery) in APAC whether through patterns or directly.
  • Support the Customer Escalation Process for Customers in APAC during System Onboarding or Managed Services.
  • Align all implementation and managed services executions in APAC to our Assess, Plan, Execute, Measure methodology, whether delivered directly or through partners.
  • Ensure successful handoffs to CSMs and AMs of APAC customers after a customer’s onboarding and throughout their managed / recurring services engagements.
  • Ensure upskilling and performance management of APAC regional implementation partners through product enablement, ongoing skill development, clearly defined success measures, performance reviews and partnership management.
