Job Description

After a customer purchases the SmartRecuiters platform they become a part of the SmartRecuiters community. The first introduction to our family and the place where expectations are set, met and framed happens during customer onboarding.

Our Global Director of Implementation Consulting ensures every customer has a positive and successful implementation that builds a strong relationship between SmartRecuiters and the customer.  They ensure every customer receives an onboarding experience that adheres to our quality standards of communication, partnership, solutioning and delivery.  

The Global Director of Implementation Consulting oversees regional implementation teams that include a combination of direct resources and partners to help create the optimal customer experience while maintaining revenue and margin goals and targets.

What you’ll deliver:

  • Directly manage regional services managers in NAMER, EMEA and APAC.
  • Oversee the execution of SmartSuccess Packages & Recurring Services Packages leveraging internal implementation business consultants.
  • Leverage implementation partners within regions to execute custom scoped implementations.
  • Support and recommend implementation and managed services scoping decisions to ensure quality execution, customer satisfaction and revenue and margin targets.
  • Drive adoption and execution to the Hiring Success Services common purpose “Building Strong Relationships” and Key Quality Standards (Communication, Partnership, Solutioning and Delivery)
  • Develop, Deploy  and Manage the Customer Escalation Process for Customers during System Onboarding or Managed Services.
  • Align all implementation and managed services executions to our Assess, Plan, Execute, Measure methodology.
  • Ensure successful handoffs to CSMs & AMs after a customer’s onboarding and throughout their managed / recurring services engagements.
  • Ensure upskilling and performance management of regional services managers and implementation business consultants through ongoing skill development, defined development plans, clearly defined success measures, performance reviews and career management.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years global professional services organizational leadership, preferably in SaaS and in the talent acquisition industry.
    • At least 2+ years experience managing teams of 20+ and in businesses with revenues over $50m.
