Job Description

The Account Manager - Recruitment Advertising  will execute  recruitment  advertising budgets for SmartRecruiters large enterprise customers that have signed on to our SmartJobs (managed programmatic) service and oversee the day-to-day communication with customers. 

As part of our SmartJobs  team, the Account Manager will play an integral role in delivering an important service that helps guarantee the hiring success of SmartRecruiters customers and positions SmartRecruiters talent acquisition suite as more than just software. They will understand the recruitment objectives and KPIs of the clients, have a strategic approach to working with them and an analytical mind-set which will help in processing data, finding solutions, and develop trusting and relationships for the long-term growth of the product.

What you’ll deliver: 

  • Keep diligent track of campaign results, build monthly reports using existing templates  and propose optimizations that benefit the clients’ strategic goals

  • Prepare, facilitate and present regular client meetings and performance reviews alongside relevant SmartRecruiters stakeholders

  • Be able to manage a complex and thrilling portfolio of clients with a focus on timely results, quality relationships and  retention

  • Develop strong relationships with the customers by being their trusted point of contact on  an ongoing basis to discuss goals, identify opportunities, manage budgets, and recommend recruitment advertising  solutions and strategies

  • Pace and manage customer budgets within fixed parameters

  • The Account Manager will  work very closely with the Go-to-Market and Advertising Operations teams to tailor programmatic advertising campaigns that meet and exceed customers’ desired goals

  • Collaborate with external partners, job advertising publishers, and programmatic software providers to ensure the continuous development and success of our advertising products

Qualifications

  • The Account Manager - Recruitment Advertising is a fully remote role. You must be on the east coast/central or be willing to keep east coast/central hours 

  • Must have 2 or more years of experience in an Account Management,Customer Success, Campaign Management/optimization, or a Digital Media Operations role

  • Recruitment Advertising, Employment Branding, Programmatic Job Advertising or Agency experience is a huge plus and preferred background

  • Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues

  • Advanced proficiency in excel and/or google sheets. Data visualization tools experience is a plus (e.g. google data studio, tableau)

  • Strong analytical thinking skills and be technically minded

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Strong desire to contribute to a team and successfully work in a collaborative environment
