Job Description
As a SMB Sales Account Executive your core objective is new logo acquisition by taking on a solutions approach to the pursuit of deals across multiple verticals. You may sit in the UK, France or Germany and work remotely.
What you’ll deliver:
- Actively source and pursue every qualified opportunity to secure logos using multiple channels. Maps accounts, building consensus, ultimately negotiating/closing subscription and professional services agreements
- Effectively manage time and juggle multiple sales cycles simultaneously
- Deliver engaging solutions oriented sales presentations virtually and in person
- Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
- Engage with internal colleagues in business development
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities within designated territory of enterprise companies (250 - 2,000 employees) to uplevel or replace their existing recruitment platforms
- Acquire Industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
- Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks appropriately and delivers dependable forecasts
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise cloud software sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience successfully selling corporate software/technology solutions
- Previous experience selling HR/HCM applications to mid-size organizations preferred
- Confident in demonstrating SaaS solutions and building ROI presentations
- Strong ability to build rapport and relations with key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Expert level solution selling experience, exposure to The Challenger Sale strategy/methodology, or similar preferred
- Comfortable working with a SDR/BDR to qualify opportunities
- Ability to successfully work remotely
