Job Description

The SmartRecruiters Sales Director, Commercial Enterprise is a new position in our rapidly growing sales organization. In this role, this individual will manage a large team of Commercial Enterprise Account Executives & Account Managers as we seek to expand our footprint across North America.  Your team will focus its efforts specifically on organizations with 2,000 to 10,000 employees. 

What you’ll deliver:

  • Develop and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate growth in revenue and bookings

  • Lead and scale a diverse, high-performing team that embodies SmartRecruiters’ core values while consistently meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Understand the importance of customer relationships and develops and implements strategies for expanding the company's install base with incremental add on products

  • Efficiently plan and provides detailed and accurate sales forecasting

  • Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels while ensuring your team stays motivated, engaged, and proud of the impact they are making.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS-based environment 

  •  2 plus years of direct management experience of a Sales team, or equivalent work experience

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota, driven by a proven ability to build sales strategies and drive sales pipeline to closure

  • Experienced in building processes and strategy from an early stage through rounds of iteration 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in running both transactional and complex sales motions and ability to delineate between the two

  • Proven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org

  • Strong desire to see your team members succeed and grow in their careers
