As an Onboarding Experience Specialist, you will be in the center of our growth, ensuring that we deliver excellent employee experience to all new Smartians (what we call our employees). You will join a global People team full of passionate HR professionals and be responsible for delivering a flawless onboarding journey from the moment a candidate signs a job offer, till the end of our onboarding week (The Space Camp).  

Specifically you will:

• Be the “face” of the company for all the new Smartians by providing all the necessary information and responding to questions in a welcoming manner through pre-boarding and during their first week

• Ensure our Hiring Managers are fully informed about what is happening at all stages with their new team members

• Be a single source of truth on all onboarding related matters for all the stakeholders  involved, including Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Remote Ops Managers, Security and Internal IT

• Organize and schedule our onboarding program (The Space Camp) in EMEA and North America -- identify presenters, pre-schedule all the (Zoom at this stage) meetings and make sure everyone involved is aware of their role

• Be an ambassador of Smartian culture by living our core values in everything that you do 

• Have a lot of FUN working with great, passionate Smartians

As an Onboarding Experience Coordinator, you have a great role to play in our company’s growth and Smartian experience. To do this, you need to be a ‘Double Q’ person (high EQ and high IQ) who loves to get things done and is thrilled to work for a company who is going to disrupt an entire industry.

• Have a first successful experience in HR - ideally in a fast-growing environment
• Are happy to roll up your sleeves and work on multiple tasks at once
• Are someone who is detail oriented, organized and structured, but creative at the same time
• You have support at heart: we're facilitators, and onboarding is all about making sure steps are smooth and positive
• Are keen to work in a global environment, across different time zones and have prior experience doing that
• Are driven and proactive, don’t wait for others to tell you exactly what to do, but instead ask questions and come up with ideas and improvements yourself
• Are upbeat, flexible and excited by fast pace (seriously fast) and not scared by quick decision making (and decision changing) processes.
