We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to assist our HR team in managing essential administrative functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR processes within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Job Description

  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including workplace preparation, necessary documentation, and communication with new hires regarding their start details 

  • Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy (documents, personal information, contacts, etc.) 

  • Manage employee documentation processes, including signing, scanning, and storing documents in the ERP system (NDAs, personal data agreements, and others) 

  • Assist with and support internal events and team-building activities 

  • Coordinate employee-related communications, such as work anniversaries, birthdays, and special events 

  • Prepare reports related to employee data and personnel records 

  • Contribute to HR process automation and system improvements in collaboration with development teams 

  • Support HR projects, including process improvements, audits, and employee surveys 

  • Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee offboarding processes

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position 

  • A degree in Psychology or Sociology 

  • Customer service-oriented and team-oriented 

  • High level of accuracy and excellent organizational skills 

  • ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills 

  • Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks 

  • Good knowledge of HR procedures and practices 

  • Intermediate level of English
