Job Description
Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including workplace preparation, necessary documentation, and communication with new hires regarding their start details
Maintain employee records in HR databases, ensuring data accuracy (documents, personal information, contacts, etc.)
Manage employee documentation processes, including signing, scanning, and storing documents in the ERP system (NDAs, personal data agreements, and others)
Assist with and support internal events and team-building activities
Coordinate employee-related communications, such as work anniversaries, birthdays, and special events
Prepare reports related to employee data and personnel records
Contribute to HR process automation and system improvements in collaboration with development teams
Support HR projects, including process improvements, audits, and employee surveys
Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee offboarding processes
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a similar position
A degree in Psychology or Sociology
Customer service-oriented and team-oriented
High level of accuracy and excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Strong self-organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good knowledge of HR procedures and practices
Intermediate level of English
