    Making sure all the incoming and outgoing materials has to have a proper supporting document justifies its arrival or departure
    Monitoring the vehicle arrivals/departures and making sure all the material is arranged and ready to connect from warehouse on time
    Verification and supervising movement in & out from warehouse,
    Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
    Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
    Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
    Tracking and fixing shipping errors
    Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
    Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
    Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
    Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
    Receives products and coordinates delivery
    Supervise and validate loads for shipment
    Logging, reporting, and maintaining records of all inflow and outflow material movements & reporting
    Making the material movement transactions in oracle ERP (issuances and inventory receipts etc.,)
    Verbal and written handover by end and beginning of each shift for the pending tasks to be completed
    Coordinating, maintaining and controlling the backload materials, storage materials and their accountability
    Coordination with the technical team and operations team for updating he backload material movement and its dispatch information to the nominated vendors.
    Maintaining a clear track/record of all supplied material to vessels on daily basis and ensuring that all the available materials supplied to the arrived vessel without any delay
 

Minimum Diploma degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or any related field

Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiating skills.

Keen follower on day to day activities

Good in both communication skills reading and writing.

Experience - Minimum 2-3 year experience as logistics & Movement Controller level
