ProSidian Seeks a Employee Concerns Investigator - Administrative/ Business headquartered near Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina to support an engagement for Nuclear Energy Sector Clients The Savannah River Site (SRS), a 310 square mile (198,046 acres) Department of Energy site, is located in the sand-hills region of South Carolina. It encompasses parts of Aiken, Barnwell and Allendale counties and is bordered on the west by the Savannah River and Georgia. SRS is close to several cities, including Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina. It is also within a few hours of Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Greenville and Charlotte.
This position currently best aligns with the Employee Concerns Investigator HR 100 Labor Category and ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive “Jugaad” and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide temporary staffing support services to support Savannah River Remediation (SRR), the Liquid Waste (LW) Contractor located at the Department of Energy Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC 29808. Services anticipated includes storage, integration, treatment and disposition of the liquid radioactive waste being managed at the Savannah River Site (DOE).
Employee Concerns Investigator - Administrative/ Business Candidates shall work to support requirements for --- and The Employee Concerns Investigator HR 100 is a Professional Grade position.
Investigate and resolve employee concerns in accordance with company procedures, DOE Order 442.1 and code of federal regulation (10CFR708) to ensure concerns related to environmental, safety, health, quality, security, management, subcontractor, reprisal and waste, fraud or abuse issues are resolved. Responsible for evaluating concerns for threats to safety, for Price Anderson Amendment Act (PAAA) impact, for protected activity disclosure and to determine the best possible method of resolution while providing a confidential avenue for disclosures concerning SRR. Provide support through investigation of HR and other management issues as requested. Maintaining tracking data related to concern processing in the ECP database.
Effectively delivers written and oral information in a clear, concise, timely accurate and efficient manner.
Conduct all assigned investigations in a thorough, impartial, ethical and professional manner to ensure factual response finding. Generate professional reports, responses and corrective actions. Provide written responses to originator within established timeframe.
Intake, Evaluation, and Prioritization: Evaluate in-coming concerns to determine appropriate resolution methods, and to assign priority according to safety significance, ensuring management is notified for immediate action of issues with potential to adversely affect safety or health of plant personnel or the public. In-take of concerns includes the promotion and encouragement of open communication and equitable problem resolution, and the advisement of employees of their rights and responsibilities at SRS under such guidance as, e.g.,10CFR708, as required.
Analyze ECP performance data, workplace issues, and trends. Generate monthly metrics for SRR Executive Management and monthly and quarterly performance reports for DOE-SRS.

Qualifications
The Employee Concerns Investigator - Administrative/ Business shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Must pass SRS drug and alcohol screening and have had no previous record of drug or alcohol-related convictions. 4 year college degree Plus 10-12 years experience
AS-Plus 15-17 years of experience; HS Diploma-Plus 20 years of experience Conduct thorough internal investigations in response to employee complaints and resolve employee concerns in accordance with company procedures, DOE Order 442.1 and code of federal regulation (10CFR708). Demonstrate sound judgment and rationale. A 40 hour work week consisting of 9/80s (9 hours/day; with alternating Fridays off) or 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week) plus additional hours as required including weekends. Candidate must pass GET (General Employees Training) and be capable of obtaining Savannah River Site access badges.
TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina
