lastminute.com is looking for a Junior Marketing Business Analyst to play a crucial role into the Customer Acquisition area, inside of the Marketing team. We are looking for a professional who is a data lover but at same time able to learn and well understand marketing and business dynamics. The ideal candidate is literally obsessed with data and uses mainly them to act&react to any business needs.
The job in brief:
Job Title - Junior Marketing Business Analyst
Working model - full remote from Portugal
Team - you will join the Customer Acquisition area
Level - Professional
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be:
Support the data & reporting for the Customer Acquisition department, allowing the marketing team to make the right decisions.
Partner with our marketing teams inside the Customer Acquisition department, crafting a strong connection with SEM, SEO and Display teams, and offering the proper support in setting the marketing strategy, based on analytics.
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Product and Tech, to ensure alignment and coherence of overall data & marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in marketing analytics and technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Embrace the usage of AI tools within the marketing organization.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Engineering, Stats, Economics or quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools (Qlik Cloud, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
1-2 years of previous experience as a data/business analyst.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Proactive analytic mindset able to transform raw and unstructured data into valuable and actionable marketing insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically to address complex data challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Great communicator and people skills.
Fluent spoken and written Spanish/Italian (nice to have).
Previous experience in digital marketing (nice to have).
