Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a brilliant and committed Junior HR Cost Controlling for its People Team based in Chiasso.
The successful candidate has good analytical skills, is motivated to get things done, shows a hands-on approach, and is keen on working in an international team.
He/she will report to the Senior HR Cost Controller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support  in the activities of budget and forecast in the process of HR costs considering the salary review assumptions and the hiring plans 

  • Interact with the Finance team to check the monthly closing figures 

  • Support the monthly closure in terms of accruals

  • Support the reporting related to headcount trends 

  • Support an HR management dashboard (headcount and HR cost planning tool)

  • Quarterly holiday reconciliation for all legal entities

  • Entry of Purchase Orders and Payments linked to the HR function

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Min 2 years of experience in HR Cost Controlling 

  • University degree in Business Administration /Economics with a major in HR 

  • Microsoft Excel 

  • Analytical skills

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills 

  • Fluent English language skill (is a must)

Desirable

  • Experience in an international environment 

  • Knowledge of the Google spreadsheet
