Job Description
- Define and implement best practices for test design, test automation, and quality assurance.
- Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test scenarios and test cases.
- Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test scripts.
- Ensure high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Promote and reinforce quality engineering principles within the squad.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve product quality.
- Challenge existing processes and proactively propose improvements and innovative solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.
- Share knowledge, contribute to QA communities, and support the evolution of testing practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Proficient with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
- Solid administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is highly valued.
- Proactive, results-driven professional focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
