Job Description

  • Define and implement best practices for test design, test automation, and quality assurance.
  • Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test scenarios and test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and test scripts.
  • Ensure high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Promote and reinforce quality engineering principles within the squad.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve product quality.
  • Challenge existing processes and proactively propose improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.
  • Share knowledge, contribute to QA communities, and support the evolution of testing practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Proficient with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
  • Solid administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is highly valued.
  • Proactive, results-driven professional focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
