Job Description

To be recognized as a major player and a game-changer in the industry, iAdvize is looking for a rockstar Business Data Analyst. Based in our Cambridge office, you will be at the heart of delivering the iAdvize value to our customers: you will be responsible for providing the data at the core of our decision-making and optimization process. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to changing the way brands interact with their customers online.

 

In a nutshell, your daily missions are: 

  • Use Tableau to gather data and model customer dynamics;

  • Build/Improve dashboards to help Customer Success team monitor clients accounts performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis with different views (WoW, YoY, vs Forecast..etc);

  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to highlight trends and make actionable recommendations to improve our clients business;

  • Build and maintain a set of key reports (“toolbelt”) that can be reused across all clients for specific use cases / analysis;

  • Become main point of contact regarding new Data / Reporting innovations between the US team and HQ Data Science Team.

 

You will report to the U.S Head of Customer Success and work on a daily basis with our Data Scientists team at HQ.

Qualifications

  • Junior, recently graduated

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in smart data, statistics, analytics, or engineering.

  • You have a first experience with a business intelligence tool (Tableau software, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker)

  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
