Job Description

The role holder will be assisting to drive through the people aspects of the transformation agenda across the organisation.  Working closely with the HRBP’s and business leaders, you will provide change management and Employee Relations expertise to successfully implement a new target operating model.

•Support the HRBP’s in all aspects of organisational design to ensure business areas are able to meet key deliverables 

•Advising and supporting key stakeholders through the project to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the people implications and approaches that need to be taken, in order to implement the required changes successfully.

•Support the delivery of consultation related activities, including attendance of briefings / 121’s where required

•Support the business to develop role profiles and work with reward for job evaluations.  

•Capturing individual people change impacts and ensuring data remains accurate.  

•Advise on appropriate selection processes where required and support the business to undertake this activity in a fair and consistent way, considering diversity. 

•Provide guidance and support to create briefing packs, colleague communications, meetings scripts and be responsible for ensuring FAQ’s are up to date and accurate.

•Assist in formulation of project scope and planning.

•Identifying and tracking progress, risks and issues, introducing ways of mitigating people risks to the project.

•Developing (but not owning) relationships with business leaders

Qualifications

 

•Experience of working as People/HR Consultant / Advisor / HR Generalist on Transformation projects

•A track record of OD experience, supporting implementation of organisational structures and operating models.

•Collaborative working,  teamwork is essential with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.

•Strong up to date ER and related employment law knowledge.

•Resilient and pragmatic - not afraid to take calculated risks whilst balancing our need to be robust and diligent

•Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicting demands.

•Experience of working with people data and ability to analyse this and turn it into valuable insights

•Experience setting up employee representative body is desirable.
