Job Description

Are you a dynamic finance professional with a passion for financial excellence and leadership? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager based out of our London Office, who will report to the Regional Director and Chief Financial Officer while supervising a small team of F&A staff in the region.

The Financial Manager’s job duties and responsibilities generally include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the monthly financial and reporting
  • Preparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reports
  • Measuring company performance against external and internal benchmarks
  • Managing annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
  • Overseeing Treasury and Taxation functions
  • Maintenance and documentation of accounting procedures and policies
  • Maintaining relationships with external auditors and banks
  • Team management including mentoring and staff development
  • Analysing relevant market trends based on external and internal benchmarking to provide strategic inputs
  • Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities for the region

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or above qualifications in a relevant area such as Finance/Accounting
  • ACCA Qualified or relevant
  • Demonstrated experience in relevant positions including direct responsibility for staff and organisational budget
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and reporting standards
    Sound knowledge of financial management, control rules and practices as applied in the region
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Target-driven and achievement-oriented management style
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Excellent organisation, administration and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive outlook: hands-on can-do mentality, flexible
  • Proficiency in financial software (Infor) or similar, MS Office suite

Qualifications
