Job Description
EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings. EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.
Within the Product and Solutions department, the Platform team is responsible for the development and growth of the platform that underpins our product ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager of pricing and billing, reporting to the Group Product Manager, Platform. The Product Manager of pricing and billing will enable customers subscribing to various EcoVadis products to select and manage their subscriptions and pay via integrated solutions like Stripe and Alipay.
As Product Manager of pricing and billing, you will support the named solutions offered by EcoVadis (Ratings, Carbon Action Manager, EcoVadis Academy) in offering subscription and payment options for companies reporting data into our network. Rated companies can choose different levels of subscription depending on their needs, company size, location, and structure and they should be able to manage this and understand their options in a central and seamless experience. Since we rate over 130,000 companies in over 180 countries, supporting payment options and currencies at a global scale is critical to EcoVadis’ success.
We are looking for someone with experience in product management of subscription management or the order-to-cash process. This person is responsible for the customer experience of subscription management and improving operational efficiency for our support, billing & collections and accounting teams to enable scale. Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in Product Management, the ability to lead discovery and manage vendor relationships, and a track record of tackling complex problems.
In this role you will:
Own the opportunity and solution discovery for subscription and billing across EcoVadis solutions
Participate in the selection, integration, and relationship management of third-party company payment vendors
Partner with our Finance team on payment strategy and pain points and our colleagues in Product management to deliver the ideal subscription management journey
Participate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for existing products;
Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with users;
Work closely with customers and stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
Work closely with developing team: Designers, Engineers, SME;
Partner with our business intelligence team to develop appropriate internal / customer reporting and integrate product data to inform decision-making;
As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of Product Management experience at a software company or product related environment (analyst/marketing/PO)
Experience with B2B subscription management and OTC
Experience with payments & payment processors (Stripe, Alipay, merchants of record) especially in an international context and infrastructure (Salesforce)
You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems;
You are culturally sensitive and able to communicate effectively across cross functional and multi-region teams
You have proven experience in working with various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teams;
Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles
You are analytically minded to provide rounded assessment of product performance including commercial metrics
You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box;
You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience;
English at full professional proficiency level - additional languages a plus
