Job Description

As a member of the Financial Modeling & Automation team (FM&A) you will take part in a variety of projects including but not limited to controlling tools development, process automation, data source development and modifications. You will closely cooperate with IT teams on development of data sources and business rules and with FP&A team on development and maintenance of reporting and budgeting tools.

Your responsibilities will include (but won’t be limited to):

  • Creating new applications in Pigment application, development of existing applications

  • Focusing on improvements and automation of current tools and reports

  • Acting as automation evangelist among other finance teams

  • Maintaining and further development of tools, features, releases covering occurring needs in terms of budget, forecast, closing process

  • Collaborating closely with Business Intelligence Team to establish common methodology on calculating KPIs

  • Developing and maintaining data sources with the use of VBA/Google Apps Script and SQL (Python is a plus) to provide Controlling and Management with insight on financial and operational KPIs

  • Supporting Finance team in the day-to-day operations

  • Identifying, analyzing, improving and automating business processes

  • Analyzing and automating month-end and year-end close processes and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial processes automation experience

  • Good command of English is required

  • Experience with implementing applications such as Pigment or Anaplan is a strong plus

  • Being able to understand, modify and develop VBA, Google Apps Script and SQL codes (Python is a plus)

  • Very good understanding of MsExcel, Google Sheets and relational databases

  • Project management skills / autonomy in project coordination

  • Analytical approach / attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different management levels

  • Experience with using Databricks is a plus
