Job Description

As a Sector Initiative Program Associate you will be part of a global team. You will report directly to the Sector Initiative Director with the core mission to ensure operational and go-to-market success, and assist the Director in the continuous improvement of the sector initiative processes, service/solution and reporting capabilities including the digital transformation of the team’s tooling suite . The full scope and day-to-day activities of the role requires an individual motivated to work in a fast-paced and agile environment with strong analytical skills and eagerness to drive cross departmental collaboration.  

Your primary responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): 

  • Monitor sector initiative contract renewals  and solution upsell opportunities
  • Create regular commercial performance and opportunity pipeline reports 
  • Contribute to the expansion and go-to-market strategy, crunch industry data for compelling sales pitches demonstrating how EcoVadis covers the target industry
  • Lead and/or support internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of Sector Initiative deployment processes with a positive impact on team efficiency and quality
  • Lead and/or contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of internal and customer facing tools and dashboards measuring impact and mirroring the success KPIs put in place
  • Lead smaller projects, e.g. Intranet content review, internal newsletter, presentations for prospects, whitepapers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in fields such as Customer Support or Customer Success or with pre-sales services
  • Ideal candidate has worked in a SaaS company
  • Excellent Excel and data analytical skills 
  • Experienced in daily use of Salesforce and Power BI solutions
  • Skillful in project management 
  • Critical thinker with ability to summarize data into insights in multiple formats (e.g. PPT presentations) with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player
  • Ideally experience in an international and multicultural environment
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment and passionate for sustainability
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required
  • Bachelor's Degree required
