You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Assisting the Billing Manager in the day-to-day operations
• Issue invoices and credit notes for key customers
• Be in constant communication with our financial and administrative team as well as with the sales, and customer success teams in Paris headquarters and other entities
• Assist in debt collection process for key customers
• Monitor Sales Admin mailbox and ensure timely reaction
• Data input and proceeding with consistency checks 

Due to the steep growth of EcoVadis, you must be willing to turn your hand to other tasks depending on needs.

• Bachelor degree or Master undergraduate in Business/Management/Finance/Accounting
• At least 6 months of experience in Billing
• Good command of English is required 
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Organizational skills
• Autonomous and proactive
