Job Description
Providing invoicing and debt collection support via email customer service platform and contact on the phone international and domestic suppliers participating in EcoVadis international sustainable development evaluation campaigns
Providing technical support and ensure adequate information is available
Maintaining a debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed. i.e.: templates, sources of needed information
Acting in a professional manner while contacting the debtors. Using the verbal skills and communication techniques to keep up the positive image of EcoVadis
Collaborating with EcoVadis internal departments to manage and solve queries efficiently and effectively
Researching and implementing solutions for constant improvements within the EcoVadis support structure
Assisting with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization
Liaising with international colleagues regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must, fluency in Portuguese would be a plus
Prior debt collection experience would be appreciated but not obligatory
Experience in customer service
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and telephone)
Basic understanding of accounting principals
Experience with Microsoft Office
