Job Description
Sr. Managers will manage digital campaigns for P&G at Carat. Sr. Managers support account leadership to ensure team is running smoothly and escalates important performance issues. You will receive on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, managerial skills, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications. This position can be remote and will report into an Associate Director.
Main Accountabilities:
- Accountable for the execution, management, and optimization of all digital, Social, and programmatic media campaigns (including potential hands-on-keys activations). Ensure all campaigns exceed benchmarks. Experience throughout digital is a plus but not required, but must be considered an expert in at least one facet.
- Main contact for daily client operations, strategy, and activation
- Lead team of digital and programmatic experts supporting team with hands-on help when needed
- Responsible for communication of campaign performance including the ability to provide insightful feedback on questions related to technology, data, optimization and in-platform quality assurance
- Optimize at an advanced level and train new team members on optimization techniques
- Quality assures all campaigns, reporting and billing producing client-ready materials
- Offer first class support to ensure excellent delivery and provide valuable takeaways
- Understand and communicate the dentsu value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
- Lead negotiation process with site vendors, based on individual brand needs
- Assist leadership with needs for new business pitches
- Frequent thought leadership and strategic contributor
- Recommend tactics to improve account and foster growth
- Manage new client onboarding
- This role will have heavy client visibility. Expect to be the lead with our teams (Analytics, Planning, etc.) and can lead meetings
- Even though this is a remote role, this account is fast paced – expectation to be responsive and engaged throughout the day.
- Heavy video and OTT execution – experience preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- You have 4+ years' experience in the programmatic and/or Social industry
- Experience leading a team is required
- Collaboration mindset/team player
- Attention to project management and follow-through
- Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- You are an expert in programmatic and social technology, platform, and partner solutions

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,00 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
