As HR Operations Specialist, focus Data & People Analytics and Workday Business Ownership, you will deliver specific and focused tasks within the HR Operations Area for DACH group.

Main tasks:

• HR Analytics (Power BI)
• Be data owner in HR DACH Group
• Support guide to improve the accuracy and integrity of people data
• Partner with the HR leadership team to develop reporting solutions
• Present people metrics for review by main HR and business stakeholders
• Coordinate data and reporting requirements and solutions with HR Business Partners, HR people platforms, finance and other data providers
• Workday Business Owner
• Manage Workday Security Roles & Access
• Promote Workday EE Data Completion & Quality
• Manage Workday Super User Program in group
• Manage Workday Change Management Process
• Manage Workday Knowledge Articles and HROO Intranet page

As an HR Operations Specialist you will be reporting to the Director HR Operations Office DACH.

• Experience working with Power BI (mandatory)
• Experience working with SaaS HR systems, Workday as best
• Fluent English
• Love for Data Analysis, Data Documentation and Data Quality
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Work with Microsoft tools (office, teams, Share Point, Project)
• Experience living/working in a multicultural environment
• Speak HR, Project management and process language
• Sense of ownership and delivery mindset
• Interest /experience with Project Management and business change management
• Communicative German will be an advantage
