Job Description

dentsuX is hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Social.

Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, you will plan and activate paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn, among others. You'll work with a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings. You will also lead the QA process for any paid social campaigns for one of dentsuX's newest clients.

Responsibilities:

·       Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.

·       Manage the day to day workload for our client’s paid social needs and deliverables.

·       Work directly with clients to discuss paid social strategy, innovation and planning.

·       Provide POVs both proactively and when requested

·       Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services

·       Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.

·       Oversee testing and learning for the account while mentoring junior team members

Qualifications

·       4+ years of experience in paid social media in an agency environment

·       Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team members in paid social

·       Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)

·       Knowledge of implementing, optimizing and making client recommendations for full-funnel paid social campaigns

·       Experience with testing and learning for paid social campaigns

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-$95,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
