Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Analytics, reporting to the Associate Director, Analytics, you will transform global client data from all online platforms to uncover key insights that impact our client's business. You go beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data suggesting constructive marketing test, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis. You are ideally based in the Greater Detroit, MI area, but we are considering candidates within continental United States as well.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal Product, Market Analytics, and Media teams to identify business needs; scoping customized analyses to drive increased marketing and business performance.
o Optimization tactics to employ across all online platforms & knowledge of such platforms (Bing, Yahoo, Google, Pinterest Meta Snapchat Google Analytics, Omniture, Search Platforms, DFA etc. )
o Focus on storytelling
o Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frame works, KPI discovery, tracking implementation
- Guide the creation of advanced reporting through automated processes to more efficiently consolidate data from a multitude of internal, vendor, and application specific sources
- Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards for key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 4+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience to be considered
- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics or related field, required
- Ability to Structure Datasets based on multiple tables, Data Transformation, digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance
- Expertise in SQL, Trifacta (Alteryx), PowerBi, Tableau Prep, Power Query, Datorama, Google Data Studio
- Exposure to digital media planning & buying with a focus on standard media metrics, mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches, and an understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions
- Ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
