Job Title: Digital Performance Executive, Media, Carat, dentsu
Work Location: Lebanon, Beirut

Your role
The purpose of this role is to support on digital campaign setup and launches on social media platforms, Google, and others. As well as, reviewing and optimization of Performance Marketing campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.
Your key responsibilities:
- Focuses on day-to-day setup and implementation of digital campaigns on social media platforms, Google ads, and others.
- Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
- A/B test creatives, ad formats, and landing pages.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Liaises with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
- Provides initial insights on campaign trends to executives and planners
- Generates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA, and trafficking
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with data analysts to measure campaign impact.
- Provides recommendations based on reports and campaign reviews
- Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients.
- Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.
- Launching optimized online advertisements through platforms like Google Adwords and Facebook to increase company and brand awareness.
- Staying informed about online marketing trends and keeping strategies up-to-date.
- Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (2- 3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Previous experience in Media agencies is highly preferrable.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Skills in creative content writing, analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
- A degree in marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
Who we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
