Job Description
The Director, Growth Strategy will focus on scaling growth opportunities for our e-commerce clients through a mix of analytical discovery, strategic frameworks, and operational roadmaps that result in tangible results. We are a dynamic role where you'll provide guidance to client stakeholders while collaborating across media, creative, data science, and sales.
You will report to the VP, Growth Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- You will partner with clients to frame business goals and identify the optimal strategy to accelerate their growth.
- You will become a thought-leader across media, creative, data, & analytics, and client success to plan and execute full-funnel, omni-channel planning.
- Proliferate a collaborative culture across the organization that promotes empathy, respect, and efficacy.
- You will empower clients and our teams to think beyond media goals and develop growth roadmaps to achieve outcomes including higher LTV, revenue growth, and increased profitability.
- You will collaborate with the sales team on driving education of growth strategy's role to new prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience with management skills and examples of successfully scaling growth using data and strategic thought-leadership. Preferably:
- 2+ years working in-house at high-growth start-ups.
- 2+ years working with DTC e-commerce brands
- Tactical level knowledge of digital paid media channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, online video, etc), owned channels, affiliate, CRO, influencers, lifecycle marketing, and marketing technologies (web analytics, CDPs, tag management)
- Critical thinker with clear experience in strategic framing of challenges and solutions
- Understands the similarities and differences between product marketing and consumer marketing
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $182,850. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
