Job Description
As an integral part of the team, you will be a leader on a large Project Management team of approximately 50 individuals, responsible for maintaining cross-capability relationships, team management and development of PM resources in PM and Operational best practices. You will lead the execution of mid and high-level complexity projects and participate in new business pitches. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. You will have managerial responsibilities leading direct reports. This is a remote position reporting to Associate Director, Project Management.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and own timelines, budgets and scopes for full breadth of creative projects
- Manage staffing and resourcing for brands, including annual and incremental SOWs
- Work with our Client Finance, Account Management and Production departments to ensure the weekly tracking and management of budgets, and flag any necessary changes in scope to the client
- Demonstrate strategic thinking in the management of tactical and new business work
- Managerial responsibilities leading a team in the execution of integrated tactics, solving for issues within the project parameters using creative solutions
- Manage risks on projects and recommend solutions
- Develop appropriate financial structure for our projects or campaigns (for both project and retainer models)
- Work with strategy, account teams, production, and influencers
- Lead multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
- Manage $5-10MM in business
- Determine financial forecasts and resource plans that map to those forecasts based on the agreed to scope of work
- Determine best course of action and recovery plans for at-risk projects
- Prepare financial rollups for monthly meetings with attention to project activity by account
- Attend monthly financial meetings and participate in the reviews of annual/project staffing plans, with focus on assessment of current and projected resources
- Manage resource needs by guiding conversations on current and upcoming needs with resource management and discipline leads
- Help prepare new business deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 - 8 years PM experience in integrated agency environment
- Experience with digital advertising/social
- Experience in large teams
- Experience creating financial forecasts and resource plans
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Experience managing $5-10MM in business
- Client-facing experience
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000-126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
