Job Description
- Support the activation, performance and reporting of digital media campaigns across programmatic buying platforms and partner direct, where applicable
- In addition to standard reporting, share performance insights and optimization recommendations around programmatic campaigns and supporting tactics
- Organize and be responsible for campaign setup, QA, pacing and daily management across a variety of vendors and platforms
- Quality assurance that encompasses all paid campaign elements including setup, pre-launch and post-launch. Identify opportunities for process improvement and client documentation.
- Work with the analytics teams to provide insights to the client when needed. Flag issues or inconsistencies.
- Build trafficking sheets through 3rd party ad server tools such as Campaign Manager and assign ad tags and creatives in DSPs, or with media partners, where applicable.
- Support larger media team in identifying strategies and innovations
- Consult and work with other cross-channel team members for seamless execution
- Contribute to training materials and best practice documentation, in addition to client/media partner call documentation
- Build relationships with media partners to stay on top of unique offerings that contribute to clients' media program
- Maintain awareness of new marketing platforms and techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience working in the digital media buying & planning space
- Hands-on expertise with programmatic DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Experience with digital ads trafficking (Campaign Manager/DCM, Flashtalking, Sizmek)
- Experience with media buying strategies; self-service, managed service, partner negotiations
- Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
- Professional client communication, both written and verbal; cheerful and patient, and enjoy learning complicated concepts
- Intermediate to advanced use of Excel including the ability to use formulas, functions and pivot tables
- Enthusiasm for the future of digital marketing and building that future with us

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $80,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
