Job Description

You will become the technical lead for a local Drupal development team. In collaboration with the team in Europe, you will jointly develop the required software features, achieving delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company. You will report directly to the Drupal Team lead based in Switzerland and work with the local project manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement web applications based on Drupal 10, in cooperation with frontend and backend engineers
  • Technical lead of a local Drupal development team in cooperation with the Technical Lead in Europe
  • Support your team members and being responsible for an efficient development process and the technical quality of the overall result.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration in an experienced team with frontend engineers, QA and consultants
  • Technical exchange with other software engineers

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience with object-oriented PHP and Drupal CMS
  • Broad experience with Drupal 9+ projects
  • Very solid knowledge of the Drupal API and the use of Composer
  • Knowledge of Acquia Cloud and Acquia Site Factory is an advantage.
  • Acquia Drupal Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Experience with a frontend application framework like React or experience with AlpineJS or TailwindCSS is a plus.
