As an CRM Specialist, you will:
• maintain clear client communication on campaign related activities;
• execute campaign deliverables and activities based on client requirements;
• validate work product using quality assurance best practices;
• participate and documents client requirement gathering through written and verbal methods;
• utilise change management techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role;
- understanding of campaigns management tools, concepts and capabilities;
- understanding of database and data management principles;
- knowledge of Braze, Adobe Campaign, Unica, SFMC.
- Good English is essential as most of our communication takes place in English.
