Job Description
Directors are responsible driving the strategic direction for their brands and managing a team of digital and programmatic practitioners bringing to life successful campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX/360i, and iProspect. You understand the programmatic and digital landscape and have worked in and know how to navigate multiple platforms. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and can operate independently to enhance the operational success of clients’ campaigns and overall goals. You are expected to employ and continually define state-of-the-art techniques to inspire creativity and excellent campaign performance through a deep understanding of digital technologies and experience with problem solving grounded in data. You will report into the VP, Digital Investment and can work remotely.
Main Accountabilities:
• Define strategic direction of our accounts
• Manage client relationships, priorities and deliverables through agency leadership
• Manage team of programmatic and digital practitioners with a focus on leading team deliverables, encouraging individual growth across team
• Ensure the team follows defined process for campaign management across digital and programmatic channels, including excellent hands-on-keys activation work
• Inspire creativity for assigned brand(s) and share with digital and programmatic community
• Manage monthly investment and revenue tracking across portfolio of clients
• Communicates frequently with agency leads and client to connect on team performance, campaign health, and strategic growth opportunities
• Frequent contributor to thought leadership projects
• Always staying up to date on the latest dentsu activation and internal tools
• Assist leadership with new business pitches
• Establish quarterly plans that focus on account growth
Qualifications
• 7+ years’ experience in the programmatic and digital industry
• Experience with management of a team- with the ability to lead a highly successful team
• Experience across all digital media channels and ability to eloquently speak to each
• Exceptional project management
• Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills
• Collaboration mindset
• Ability to retain professionalism in all situations
• Detail-oriented with attention to project management and follow-through
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Solutions orientated with strong critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Proficient in programmatic technology, platform, and partner solutions
• Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite required

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
