Job Description
- You will deliver on media analytics for large and small-scale clients.
- "Trusted advisor" to senior marketing clients to advise on data strategy, measurement best practices and customer experience optimization challenges; share POVs and expertise regarding industry trends and potential possible effects for clients.
- You will set the vision for accounts and develop analytics roadmaps and execution plans with short- and long-term deliverables.
- You will be responsible for resourcing; ensure the team has the right skills, training and technology tools required to support current client requirements and future growth.
- You will work with account leadership to nurture client relationship and plan account growth.
- Drive innovation to ensure the Activation Analytics offering leads the market and deliver compelling results for clients.
- Support new business opportunities to ensure Performance Analytics offering is positioned as main point of differentiation against other data and analytics market leaders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing optimizing media effectiveness
- Agency or consulting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital channels (Search, Display, Social, Video and Email), media platforms and 3rd Party Tools (Google Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, DV360, MediaMath, Bing Ads, ExactTarget, Hitwise, BrightEdge, Facebook, Trade Desk, etc.)
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and other measurement approaches
- Working knowledge of data & modeling tools such as SQL, Python, R, AWS, GCP, Azure, and BI and visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Excellent client / partner management skills
- Sell ideas and vision with passion and conviction – derived from industry knowledge and "best practices"
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or other quantitative disciplines (or 4+ years of relevant agency/digital marketing experience); advanced degree preferred
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
