• 4-7 years of experience with Motion Graphics and After Effects
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premier PRO, Principle for mac, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
• Manage time effectively, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Character animator & 3D Design skills a plus.

• Have a passion for making ground-breaking digital work in a fast-paced advertising agency
• Create short animations/ motion graphics for digital platforms
• Design digital photo treatments and graphic layouts
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and in an organized fashion
• Integrate animated elements and type into videos
• Experienced with kinetic typography
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and current design trends
• Strong interest in keeping up with cultural trends and keeping a pulse on everything social media a plus
• Impeccable sense of timing and a deep understanding of motion curves
• Experience working on a collaborative team and partnering directly with developers for design implementation
• Strong portfolio, preferably demonstrating interaction design and Explainer Videos
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to imbibe good time management and multitasking skills in executing projects.

Bachelor’s Degree in Design or in a related field from a recognized institution
• Experience working with Lottie animation files is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a variety of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premier PRO, Final Cut Pro, and other animation tools
• Experience with Compositing/VFX/CG/3D Animation preferred.
• Experience with Cinema 4D and Octane render engine.
 

Good to have skills:

• Basic internet knowledge (Google/Youtube/etc.)
• Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)
