Senior Associate, National Video Investment

Job Description

 

 

The Senior Associate negotiates cost efficient schedules on behalf of the clients.  Supported by the Associate, the Senior Associate coordinates aspects of the video investment process.

 

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts)

Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements

Communication with networks regarding client’s scheduling

Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily

Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. “Roll-Ups”)

Analyze upfront plans, execute options and sell-off requests , negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations

Develop and maintain relationships with network sales executives

Assist managing expectations of clients and their deliverables

Ensure that allocations match flighting GRP requirements

Prepare Monthly Spending Reports

Develop Associates knowledge of television media and DDS programs

Assist developing strategies for media buys, media presentations, and tactical POVs

Qualifications

·       1+ years of media buying experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level

·       Media vendor negotiation experience

·       Working knowledge of DDS

·       Knowledge of media research terminology

·       Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

 

Additional Information

The anticipated Salary Range for the position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job- related qualifications, and geography.
