Role overview :

We are hiring for Merkle Sokrati. Where we are seeking a professional SEO Expert with a proven track record of handling SEO/ASO/YouTube SEO accounts with delivered KPIs & goals. The SEO Expert should have success in directing a range of SEO/ASO/YT strategies and campaigns, analytics, and have a good understanding of web related revenue generation. The SEO Expert will create high-quality search optimization strategy & plan that should be executed for the SEO campaigns with the help of our SEO Business Analysts. Other tasks will include building and managing Off-page optimization strategies, provide regular updates on Organic search traffic, sales and conversion while working with the Web analysts, and make recommendations on ways to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

 

  • Advanced SEO/ASO/YT SEO Skills.
  • 2-4 years of SEO Industry Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have interest in new learning & initiatives.
  • Should have the liking for Marketing and Business Development.
  • Should have strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, strategies, and ranking methods.
  • Have experience with SEO industry tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc.
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools, like – Google Adwords, Tubebuddy, Ahrefs etc.
  • Knowledge of technical tools i.e. required in SEO, like – Screaming Frog, GTMetrix, Site Speed Insights etc.
  • Analytical and Process oriented, with Data-Driven Approach.
  • Ability to head a team of 5-10 people.
  • Have a creative bend of mind for new things.
  • Strong understanding of Internet and Web technologies and web-based programming languages like – JS, HTML, CSS, PHP etc.
  • Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis and get insights from the same.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Should be comfortable with word documents, presentations & excel sheets.
  • Will be expected to take active participations in team level activities & training programs.
  • Proactiveness, ownership and accountability for the SEO campaigns is a must.
  • Excellent internet surfing knowledge.
  • A critical thinker, problem-solver person with organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good time-management & multi-tasking skills.

  • Set-up new Natural Search Optimization campaigns.
  • Development, design, and implementation of multiple Interactive SEO/ASO/YouTube SEO plans and strategies.
  • Content development and optimization.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) planning and account management.
  • Set measurable goals/KPIs that demonstrate improvement in the marketing efforts.
  • Oversee SEO program implementation from pre-launch deliverables through performance reporting.
  • Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals & set appropriate KPIs.
  • Analyze and review client website traffic metrics, rankings, and impact on the business revenue.
  • Research and recommend new SEO/ASO/YouTube SEO strategies, Internet marketing and advertising technologies, and current Internet trends (Web 2.0).
  • Make Weekly/Monthly/Yearly “Plan of Action” for the SEO campaigns.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Quality check and proof reading.
  • Client interaction and reporting.
