Job Description

 

The Analytics Manager will lead Advanced Analytics engagements with marquee dentsuX clients, working to uncover key insights to drive client business impact. Collaboration is at the core of our business success and the Analytics Manager will need to create a tightknit and dynamic relationship with our clients and the Media and Account teams.

The ideal candidate will have a natural curiously and go beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data suggesting constructive marketing test, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, scoping customized analyses to drive increased marketing and business performance.
  • Optimization technics to employ across channels and within channels (Video, Banner, Search, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Focus on storytelling
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frame works, KPI discovery, tracking implementation
  • Guide the creation of advanced reporting through automated processes to more efficiently consolidate data from a multitude of internal, vendor, and application specific sources
  • Knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel technics, Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Omniture, Search Platforms, DFA
  • Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar dashboard products
  • Manage/mentor junior team members

 

Qualifications

 

  • You must have 4+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience to be considered
  • Bachelor's Degree in statistics, economics or related field, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey and package technical findings in simple terms
  • Possesses understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • Exposure to mobile, social, tablet measurement approaches as well as understanding of role of attribution and paths to conversions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
  • Demonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance
  • Expertise in SQL, manipulating large data tables and creating custom queries

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
