Are you a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and do you get energy from coaching other engineers so that they can grow and shine? Then this role might be what you are looking for. In this role you will be coaching and leading our Salesforce team.

You will be responsible for:

1. Coaching & leading a team of 10 engineers,
2. Providing expert advice to our customers,
3. Assisting with pre-sales activities.

You will work closely together with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including designing, building, testing, and deploying marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineers and consultants.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert advice on marketing automation best practices, and solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Assist with pre-sales activities including scoping, solutioning, and proposal development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and team members.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and features.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead roles in implementations.
• Leadership and team-management experience (or skills and ambition).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SFMC Personalization (Interaction Studio) is a pre.
