Job Description

OPEN TO REMOTE APPLICANTS WITHIN THE US!

Carat is searching for a Senior Associate, Paid Search to support one of its largest clients, Microsoft.  Reporting to the Senior Manager, Paid Search, you will partner with both internal and external parties to enhance paid search performance through testing new plans, performing key optimizations and establishing best practices.  

You Will:  

  • Develop paid search tactics, including account and campaign setup, keyword expansions, creative updates and restructures  
  • Develop keyword and creative proposals based on best practices; identified as iP's 'Brilliant Basics'  
  • Help with daily QA to ensure accounts are running from a budgetary, tracking and creative perspective  
  • Daily Paragon communication and QA to ensure production tasks are being fulfilled and completed without error on an agreed upon cadence  
  • Assist team with monitoring performance, budgets/pacing and conducting audits to ensure accounts opportunities are identified and implemented  
  • Attend and participate in weekly calls, meetings and trainings to foster strong relationships and knowledge growth both internally and externally  
  • Assist with ensuring reporting data, formatting and insights are completed  

Qualifications

You Have:  

  • 1+ years (post-graduation) of experience in Paid Search advertising.  
  • Knowledge of campaign management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Marin or Kenshoo  
  • Certifications in Google Adwords, Bing Ads and related relevant platforms a plus  
  • Familiarity with core Excel functionalities  

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is  $45,000-$69,500. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
