• Engage in discussions with client and architects on IAM architecture, process, and governance development
• Develop deployment and implementation phases and standards following best practices
• Conducting assessments, provide recommendations and drive pilot phases and POCs
• Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development and execute required testing
• Ensuring smooth transition and handover to steady state operations by providing support material and documentation for Help Desk

• At least 5 years of IT Security experience including delivery experience
• Experienced with managing users and groups in AAD, ADFS and other Federation technologies
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, O365 and Synchronization of entities between on-premises and Cloud Directories with Azure AD Connect
• Hands on experience working with Graph API and PowerShell scripting
• Strong IAM Implementing experience in Identity Management, Access Management and Privileged Access Management
• Proficient in designing and configuring and MFA, SSO, SSPR, Conditional Access and other authentication methods
• Good hands-on experience in Azure public cloud technologies including VMs, Automation, Storage, Networking, Security, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Logging, Monitoring and Alerting
• Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Be updated with best in market solutions, standards, trends, best practices and help in working on future roadmap
